  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on your location and courier accessibility.
  • Remote Regions (e.g., Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India): Delivery may take up to 10 working days.
  • Exceptional Cases: In rare instances (e.g., stock delays, strikes, or extreme weather), delivery may take up to 14 days.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once your order has been dispatched.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@ashvion.com.

  • The choice of courier depends on the serviceability of your delivery pincode.

Delivery Marked as Complete But Not Received

In the rare event that your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us at support@ashvion.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation.
  • We will raise an investigation with the courier partner. This process may take up to 10 working days.
  • After a thorough verification, if the delivery is deemed unfulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Please note: In most cases, packages are received by neighbors, security guards, flatmates, or office mailrooms. Kindly check with them before reporting.

Claims made after 48 hours of the delivery notification may not be accepted, and we will not be held liable for such delays.
