General Policy

At Ashvion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue with your order, please inform us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Size issues

Conditions for exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery date).
  • Product must be in unused, unworn condition, with the original label/tag intact and badges not removed.
  • An unboxing/order opening video is mandatory to verify size or product issues.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged free of charge (for eligible cases).
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with badges and labels intact.
  • An order opening video must be submitted with your claim.
  • Return approval is subject to quality check after receiving the item.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to:

  • Your original payment method, or
  • A bank account provided by you

Refund Deductions

In rare approved cases (with no product damage or delivery error), a flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund for reverse logistics costs.


What is NOT Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Items without tags, badges, or original packaging
  • Missing or manipulated unboxing video
  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or print due to lighting or screen display
  • Products purchased during sales or with a discount code
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Size issues are not eligible for refund — only one-time free exchange is allowed

If the issue is found to be caused by customer handling/misuse, the request will be denied


Important Reminders

  • Always inspect the package at delivery. Do not accept damaged parcels.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unworn, and unopened when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Keep the order opening video as proof — it is mandatory for any claim.
  • Exchange or return is permitted only once per order.
